G. Kasturi, former editor of The Hindu group of newspapers, passed away
at his home in Chennai early Friday, official sources said. He was 91.
His family members were at his bedside when he breathed his last at around 2.30 a.m.
The
funeral rites of Kasturi, one of the longest serving editors of the
group, shall be held in Chennai around 2 p.m., said an official source.
